Philosophy: I view counseling through a wellness lens; encompassing all areas of your wellbeing yet, strongly focusing on emotional/mental wellness. Through this approach, you will have the opportunity to be free in your emotions, acknowledge and accept both positive and negative feelings of self and contextualize them to explore why you feel the way you feel. My belief is that when we are emotionally well, it is then the point where we can fully accept ourselves, engage in inner healing and develop inner strength to cope with difficult life situations. My goal is to support and guide you in gaining personal insight and discovering your full potential.
